Inspired by Li Shangyin's poem of remembrance, the Pearl Hairpin sets a soft mother-of-pearl bead against the deep, quiet grain of walnut. Dark wood and pale pearl share a single stem — restraint and radiance, side by side.

· From time to time, polish gently with a soft cloth and a touch of natural beeswax or jojoba oil.
· When not worn, store in the silk pouch or gift box, away from harder objects that might scratch the finish.
The Luminous Pearl is even more beautiful in person. The wood grain is gorgeous, the finish is silky smooth, and it holds my bun securely all day without pulling. The gift box made it feel truly special.
